Put it to work

mv ~/Downloads/id_ed25519 ~/Downloads/id_ed25519.pub ~/.ssh/
chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_ed25519
ssh-keygen -p -f ~/.ssh/id_ed25519   # add a passphrase
ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub user@server

The key is made by your browser's Web Crypto and never leaves this page. It has no passphrase; add one with the command above. For keys that guard production servers, running ssh-keygen on the machine itself is still the gold standard.
